I was greeted by sasha, a receptionist. she was helpful, professional, and so warm! tia at harspa really elevated the experience. I seemed like i was in a 5-star spot. without the amazing staff, the building is just a hotel. but with them, it's excellent!
the room blinds didn't block light effectively. windows also need soundproofing because i heard heavy noise from nearby bars. it was still an awesome stay!

the hotel is close to the town centre. it is also right next to g live! it's a super convenient spot. it was easy to get everywhere i wanted to go!

The spa was spot on! i was very lucky to spend an hour in the sauna and plunge pool. i fell asleep on one of the loungers. Maybe it was too relaxing. but i loved it!

the receptionist, Anisa, was really kind. she upgraded my room to a business suite because it was free and that was a suprise for me. breakfast was great with a good variety of food. there were many options for vegans and vegetarians and a great hot food selection too.
my superior room had a frosted window so i couldnt see outside. reception told me many rooms had frosted windows because of a school nearby. i think upgrading to a superior room was not worth it. the room felt cold and damp when i touched the bedding. also loud music was playing because a function was held and finished at midnight.
