Harbour Hotel & Spa Guildford, Guildford

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the one hand, I appreciated the clean and spacious rooms, and the staff seemed genuinely friendly and helpful. On the other hand, the dining experience left a lot to be desired, especially with limited options at breakfast and unexpected costs during my stay. Facilities could also use a bit of an upgrade to match the prices charged.

I had an overall memorable experience at the hotel, mainly due to the vibrant atmosphere at the bar and engaging events organized by the staff. The food was fantastic during the Moroccan Party, and the cocktails were a hit thanks to Beata, the bartender. However, I did face some challenges at the reception that left me feeling a bit unnoticed at times. Also, the room could use some updates to really feel like a comfortable retreat.
